Greetings from Los Algodones,

Baja California, Mexico.

 

 Our story begins more than 35 years ago when my parents began their journey of laying the foundation for a business dedicated to visual and auditory health. A foundation with the sole intention of improving our patient’s quality of life.

 

 When my grandmother started having hearing problems, my father Víctor López, set out to find help and he found people with a big heart, like Mr. Roy Craner and his daughter Sherry Applebee. They introduced us to the world of hearing aids, which was very exciting because the people they were helping were able to hear again or were hearing for the first time.

 

 Excited to help others with hearing loss, my father, with the help of my mother Mercedes, together created a small company that has continued to grow and expand over the years. Today, not only do we have offices in Los Algodones Mexico for the tourists, we have expanded into Mexicali, the capital of prestige in northern Mexico as well as our home town of San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico.

 My parents believe family values are important in defining our role as a company. Concentrating on growing in every way culturally, professionally and technologically as well as adapting to the touristic environment.

 

 We engage in the practice of testing human hearing and also selecting, fitting and dispensing hearing devices as well as counseling patients with hearing loss. As members of the International Hearing Society (IHS), we are always at the forefront of technology, offering the best and newest products at an international level and of course providing the best quality and the very best service. We continually complete training for new techniques and up to date products available. We recognize the need for promoting and maintaining the highest possible standards in the best interests of our patients.

 

 Our parents are the core of our family and our team, which includes my brother Dr. Felipe López, my sister Perla López and me, Coral López as Hearing Aid Specialists and we believe we have a great team and we will continue to work closely with anyone with hearing needs in Los Algodones, Mexicali and San Luis Rio Colorado.
