THE BORDER
Coming from Palm Springs take Interstate 10 East and then South on CA-86/CA-78 and then CA-111 South will take you right to the International Border in Calexico, California.
If Coming from San Diego area, take Interstate 8 East to El Centro and CA-111 South. From Yuma area, take Interstate 8 West to El Centro and CA-111 South.
All international border crossings in Baja California have a pedestrian route. There are parking lots near the border where you can park your car before crossing the border. Inquire with your practitioner or facility the easiest method of transportation from the border.
After crossing into Mexico: Parking on the streets is acceptable where parking is available or otherwise marked. Most facilities have parking available for their patients.
Driving into Mexicali
Driving through the Mexican border is usually easy and fast, occasionally you might be stopped for a routine check.

Driving you will start the line on Cristobal Colon. )With a Fast Pass stay left till you see the Medical lane sign then just stop there at the gate and wait for an attendant to give you access.

Walking back across the border
The entrance to the U.S. Port of Entry is easily accessed from across the street from the Hotel Norte on Madero Ave.
